Camp Update – COVID 19
We are so happy to be able to offer camps to our awesome Abby Community families once again! This summer, things will look at little bit different than the years before but will still be lots of fun. Our ‘new normal’ will include various cleaning and physical distancing protocols, no field trips, smaller group sizes, new drop off and pick up procedures, daily health check forms, and more. In adhering to our District’s policies, please note that masks will be mandatory for students in Grade 4 and above and are encouraged for our younger students as well. Our camps will still be all about creativity, fun games and activities, new friendships, and making some awesome summer time memories! Our fantastic summer staff team is so excited to see you soon.

Cancellation – Refund Policy
As a non-profit adhering to all of the new restrictions set in place with COVID-19, we unfortunately are unable to provide registrants with a refund or credit for Summer Camps. We greatly appreciate your understanding through these challenging times. In special circumstances, credits may be issued upon approval of the ACSS Executive Director.
Please note that we have added a couple of extra questions to the registration process on Amilia. If it is not allowing you to register, please double check that you’ve answered all of the questions in the “Extra Questions” section under your account.
Also, please ensure that the second emergency contact is someone other than the account holder! Finally, even for the mildest allergies, please list them in the allergies section so that it won’t be confused with Covid19 symptoms.
